Abbey offers exclusive remortgage deal to TMA Brokers on 100 Mortgages

Abbey for Intermediaries have now launched an exclusive deal to TMA brokers, the new product is a three-year semi-exclusive fixed rate which is only being offered to The Mortgage Alliance.

This new mortgage deal will only be available to remortgage customers; there is a maximum LTV of 60 percent which has a £550,000 upper limit, the rate will be set at 6.39%.

As with all new deals of this nature there is a booking fee, this is set at £999 with £150 having to be paid upfront, the rest can then be added to your loan.

The good news is there are no arrangement or legal fees. Abbey for Intermediaries realise these are hard times for borrowers and brokers and as a result have been rolling out broker exclusives, they understand that these are key to them.

As yet Abbey have only offered these deals on a small scale, they still have not offered any of these deals on a wider scale.
