Lloyds TSB 100% Mortgage: 2 and 5 year Fixed Rate Mortgages

When you sometimes search for 100% mortgages on the internet many of us find mortgage companies that we have never heard of, and that can sometimes put people off. Well we have all heard of Lloyds TSB and they have a choice if two 100 percent mortgages to choose from.

Firstly there is the 100% Mortgage 2-Year Fixed-Rate, and also the 100% Mortgage 5-Year Fixed-Rate. This means that you are able to set your budget for either the nest 2 or five years as the rate of your mortgage will not change in that term.

This allows you to purchase you new home without the need for a deposit, and you can also take advantage of repaying up to 10% of your balance each year without any charge incurred.

Lloyds TSB 100% Mortgages allows you to borrow between £50,000 and £500,000.
