Abbey No-Fee Mortgage

Abbey have unveiled plans for their mortgages, and that is to get rid of their fees. This could save a homebuyer around £2000. This does not apply to first time buyers, but people who are planning to buy a second home, or are planning to move house again.

The reason why you could save up to £2000 is the fact that you will not have to pay for any legal fees such as solicitors’ fees and land registry fees. This move is hoped to attract more customers who are planning to move home.
